Beetles Necklace

The beetle was in the Ancient Egypt an important animal. It was linked to the sun and to the re-birth.

Venetian glass beads I have used to create this necklace and the matched bracelet are very similar to beetle.
All of them have different color and a different striped draw.
In the inner there is a silver leaf in order to make the bead’s color more shiny.
To make the jewel easier to wear and less heavy I have inserted a rubber black chain.
In the closure there is, as in all my creations, a silver chain in order to let you choose the length of the jewel according to your desires.

The small parts are in silver 925, and the lock in silver casting is particular for it’s technical flavour.
The chain is of rubber, that gives levity to this necklace.
